Skill Points
Some of them aren't too bad, but some of them I really hate doing and already did a lot on PS4. I am going for a 100% achievement run on Steam for all three games--do I NEED to do the skill points to achieve that? Or can I just 100% levels and be on my way?

Skill points are not needed for 100% and thanksfully, the speedrace in spyro 3 are not needed either !

All the skill points are for are just unlocking the art gallery. In the original PS1 versions of 2 and 3, this was how you unlock the epilogue which was way cooler, but no matter what version you're playing, they're not required for 100%.

If you don't care about the art gallery, you can just find everything in the levels while ignoring the skill points and still get 100% completion in all 3 games.
