how i can complete spyro 3?

how i can collect all gems and eggs in spyro 3?

i guess they are in the spark levels. if yes, how i can enter this levels?

If you haven't done so already, go back to Sunrise Spring Home after beating the first boss and just outside of where the balloon/whirligig/rocket is should be a Sparx sign. Zoe the fairy should show up just in front of the sign where she can send Sparx to the first of his levels.

Once you complete the first Sparx level, the next one will become available in Midday Garden so long as you have beaten the boss of that world. Same with Evening Lake and Midnight Mountain.

i complete all spark level, but i still miss some gems, in seashell shore i collect 410/400 gems (101% complete). are there more levels with this bonus gems?

There aren't any levels with any bonus gems in them. If you got more gems than you should, it's most likely a glitch.

Hmm, I dont remember, but for anyone who does ... is Midnight Mountain normally able to go beyond 100%?

spark isnt tellem me there are gems, and you can see i did all level 100% in the screenshots

You seem to have done every level yeah
Extra % on Midnight is Moneybags egg
And since you have this egg you're supposed to have gotten all the gems back from him...
Perhaps there's been something with Moneybags part?
