This game is way too easy. Was it like that back on the PSX?

Hey guys,

I am having the issue that this game ain't demanding at all. Somebody said that "Tree Tops" is hard (I am in that world rn) but it was a breeze actually.

Will it get harder eventually? I'm beating everything for 100%, including the so-called "hard" flight levels.

I kinda thought it'd be similar to the re-release of Crash Bandicoot, but it's really not.

It could very well be that you're just better at games than back then. Might be there's some jank that'd get in the way of the games and then was fixed in the remake too.

spyro is not a hard game, the game is just about collecting stuff

They were always like this. Really the only issue I had with Tree Tops was the Super Charge combined with jumping not working properly so I had to lower the framerate to 30 but apart from this no I don't find Spyro difficult overall. Some tricky mini games in Spyro 2 and 3 but not Dark Souls tricky put it that way.

I never played Spyro until this trilogy was announced. Tried the first game on PlayStation, it's super easy. Spyro is not a difficult game.

Not hard at all. Far from what you could stumble on in Mario Odyssey where the very last levels could sometimes beat the crap out of you. These were games aimed at children at the time, even if little-you could have a hard time mastering these in the 2000s, everyone gets better at gaming at some point. These are chill family games, not platforming Dark Souls x). You might want to look into the new Blasphemous, Ghost"n"Goblins and the like for that, even though these are mostly 2D games.

People have used it to refer to the original Playstation as well, for many years.

Yes I know, but ever since I found out that the PS2 was officially known as PSX & only released in Japan, I now prefer to call the original PlayStation a PS or PS1.

You, maybe but most people will know the PSX as PS1. This said, Spyro trilogy really is not hard and I am glad they kept it like the originals or about. People who wanted to relive that, can.

Why does that seem to bother you? Regardless of how you feel about it perosnally, Dark Souls is hard when compared to most games during it's time. Of course there are games just as hard or harder out there. Ninja garden comes to mind. But DkS is a well known franchise that is known for not holding hands. It's an easy reference point for people, hence it's brought up a lot.

Yeah it's easier since know you can actually see stuff like gems from far away and better controls, Like, having RT as throwing fire makes it better than having to press circle.
And also fixes stuff, but Spyro is not a hard game lol

And also, your brain is more develop, so if you go back to the ps1 game then it wont be so hard to complete
