Color Cheats not working

I've been trying to input the color changing cheats but none of them seemed to register. I tried the other cheats like 99 lives and retro skin and have been able to do them successfully. It's only the color ones that refuse to work.

I've been using this one:
Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, X, RB, RT, LB, LT, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up + last color input

Am I doing something wrong?

All color codes worked for me on Spyro 1. Are you sure that all of your buttons are working? And you are using the default mapping on the controller?

Yes, all buttons are working, I was able to input other codes. I haven't changed my button layout
