Have they released a single patch for this yet?
It's been months and the physics issues remain... I know there are ways around it but man, they should have fixed this ages ago :/ Can we ever expect a patch or is this it?

What physics issues? The only thing I found is when I'm playing at 144fps. Spyro slides across the ground when i stop moving. Setting it to 120 fps fixes that.

These kinds of issues are what I was referring to. And yeah, I know there are workarounds, but there shouldn't need to be at this point.

Uh that is strange. Sorry I don't know what to tell you.

I never bumped into that Alpine Ridge business, but I did end up changing to 30 because Gulp kept disappearing.

No, but instead they asked to nominate this game for the "labor of love" Steam Award, which is meant for games that received updates over many years.

Nope they don't even fix the gem counter glitch and Sparx pointer glitch either, fanbase is extremely toxic when you don't praise the game's faults.

Unless you're one of the more reasonable and open-minded fans like myself. While I never experienced these bugs myself (I only played this on Switch, maybe that version fared much better) I have experienced other bugs, though nothing game breaking and I feel for those who did experience it.

In some cases it's not immediately noticable.. but it is there, and it's there for everyone not just certain users lol

Mystic Marsh is a great example, try jumping out of the river onto land at 60fps, and then try it at 30fps.

It should of been fixed but obviously activision didn't want to spend the money on continuing to pay toys for bob to fix said issues

Edit: switch is 30fps btw, that's why you dont get these issues, the bug is tied to frame rate, 60fps sort of works but not properly and makes some jumps harder then it should, the example I gave of mystic marsh is one of the more subtle ways the bug works

By all means some people on PC wont notice it and assume the games meant to be like that, probably why some claim theres no issue

I have 120% on Spyro and am about halfway through Spyro 2. Playing with FPS set to unlimited that entire time I have not experienced any of the physics bugs I keep reading about. I feel sorry for the people that have this issue but for Win 7, 4th gen I5 with a gtx 1080 the game runs excellent. I certainly won't be purchasing future games from the companie(s) that made this version on day 1, just in case.

Let us know if Gulp disappears.

Just battled Gulp and he did not disappear. I did have a different bug though. He had 3 orbs of health left when the pterodactyls stopped dropping items so I had to die and fight him again.

I've had that bug too.

I think capping to 40 or even 50 can prevent these bugs too, 50fps is much better then 30fps for example.

I'm almost certain you're getting at least some physics bugs.. how easy is it for you to get out the river in mystic marsh for example? The river with the duck in it?

Honestly, no patches for Crash or Spyro. It's actually kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but luckily nothing major is bad about them. I mean they could have put a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FOV in the game so we didn't have to use flawless widescreen. But whatever.

Crash got at least one patch. Spyro, to my knowledge, has had zero.
