Skill Points Broken in Spyro 3

I was going back to finish getting the Skill Points in Spyro 3, and I encountered a bug where I was not awarded a Skill Point on Molten Crater for Assembling Tiki Heads, I beat this level the first time around and didn't notice that I wasn't awarded the Skill Point for doing it, and again when I went back to redo this section of the world I was still not awarded the Skill Point for assembling all the tiki heads. The game isn't recognising that I've assembled them all.

He has to collect all the heads and put them to the one who gives you the mission next to him .
