How long to complete ?
Hey guys

I never played Spyro when I was a kid so can someone tell me how long these game are to complete with every thing done like collectibles and such ? Saw someone in the steam foums say that he was in the middle of game 3 already so I'm concerned a bit.

Thanks :)

As for how long to complete, I'd say each game can offer between 6-10 hours for full completion, depending on how quick and diligent you are. So in total, you'll probably get 20-30 hours out of a single full playthrough of all games.

First one takes a little under 6 hours. For a kid, it will take more than that. The other two will take a bit more since they have way more collectibles. Likely not into JRPG tier hours, though.

I 120%ed Spyro 1 with a billion fps and didn't have a single game breaking problem. The worst thing I saw was some guy's run animation freezing and he just slid all over the map.

The fps based bug was raised multiple times but I didn't even know there was a problem until I visited the forums after having finished the first game.

As for the playtime, uhm, 20 hours for all 3 games is a good estimate. If you are doing absolutely everything and trying to find stuff all by yourself, it might take a bit longer than that. Those are PS1 titles so you can't expect 80 hours per installment, but the games do look, play, sound and feel amazing... I, for my part, are absolutely satisfied.

You don't even need to do that. You just need to use Vsync or something similar to lock your fps. I use Nvidia Inspector to lock my PC to 120fps all the time, and I just 100%ed the game without a single bug.

You can casually 100% Spyro 1 in about 5-6 hours. It's short. =P

Ah, you got me babe. I guess I'll just have to finish the game a dozen times like I did on PS4 to show it how much I really hate it. Such is life I guess.
