I cant access my ARCUS menu

I cant access my arcus menu, this seems to be a bug, Im missing on alot of content because of it. hope somebody can help me.

Can you give more details? Like can you bring up the main menu (items/equip/costumes etc.) and only the Arcus option doesn't work or can you not bring up the menu at all.

Or is it the phone system of Arcus where you make reports/get gift messages?

Try to remap buttons in launcher for gamepad(Xbox/DS4)/keyboard. For me it's combination L2+B. On keyboard it's R + right mouse button.

I cant report to munk and Rosine since I cant open my ARCUS, or even check messages. I cant even summon my horse because of this problem, Ive tried remapping my buttons, but that doesnt seem to be a problem, my L2 button works fine, it's just that the game doesnt give me the option of opening my ARCUS whenever I press L2, instead it gives me the TEAM A, TEAM B, TEAM C options that dont do anything. Im missing out on alot of content here, I hope this bug gets fixed soon.

You have to press and hold, im sure you are doing that and not just pressing?
I dont know what you mean with ''Team A, Team B''. None of the buttons summoned anything like that.

Same problem here, i will put in a bit more info. So i am talking about the arcus 2 menu, that you need to access to report to Munk and to get messages etc. So im using a ps4 controller, i can access all the other menus normally. I have mapped my select buton to L2. As it says for it to open the arcus 2 menu you need to push select + circle buttons together. I have even tried to do it by keyboard, by changing my controller input to keyboard and mous in the configuration menu. There there is by an action button keymapped to r. And if i press that a small arcus 2 menu pops up, however i cant do anything with it, it clearly say to pres tab or e buttons to access the rest of the menu, but by presing either of them nothing happens, and the archus menu only stayzs up if you are holding the r button.
Any help would be apreciated.

Looks like a bug alright. Thats supposed to be the Arcus menu, with the different options being for Horse, Phone, etc. It seems like the button works fine, but the menu itself is screwed up somehow. Have you tried verifying the game files? Also, did you change anything to the files like use Cheatengine or another save editor?

That part is working as intended. You have to press and hold the Arcus key and then while the menu shows up press the function (horse, phone etc) you want while still pressing the Arcus key.

Backup your two files - input_controller and input (copy in different place) and try to copy/paste my files. I use F310 Logitech, but my DS4 works fine too.

screwed up is a understatement, it shows (for whatever reason) the options that is not for that part of the game but for a chapter 4 dungeon

I hope they will patch this. I seem to be the only one having this problem. I have played the demo for this game, maybe it caused the bug, I dont know.

I verified my game files, it still didnt fix the problem. : ((((
