Report a translation problem
I would not have guessed the character was trans simply because the trans customers I see at work in the real world all disguise thier voices. But that's a limited sample of 3 lol. Now I know it's a how the character is in the books/film then it's a non issue.
Not noticed any issues with the sounds in game, but not played much so far

Yes it is intentional, like the dr. girlfriends voice on the venture bros. So it is not a bug.
As far as it being a male voice, I doubt it, I went to school with 2 ladies (biological female, that I knew since kindergarden) that after puberty had voices of a similar register. One was a tomboy and the other acted very girly-girl, both were stout like Sirona. Women with simiar voices are rare, but they are out there.
I heard voices like this in real life to women who smoke alot of cigarettes. It makes their voices raspy like that.
