Just play up till those scenes then go ♥♥♥♥ IRL with your lover. Or Cyber each other if real sex is an issue.
The real question is: Online Co-Op when for when couples have to be separated due to work or other lfie circumstances.
Any specific issues I should know about regarding that? Can my gal and I both use M+KB for Remote Play, or is it funky like some other games were one needs a "Game Pad" (Whatever that is. Unless that means Controller).
Yeah, and there are just 2 kinds of games in this world: Porn/Hentai games and "normal, decent games".Like with movies: There are just porn movies and "normal, decent movies", Right?
Nothing in between. Everything is exactly black or white...
With this definition: Witcher 3 is a porn game. lol
It may be a cultural thing, westerners (mostly americans) find sex offensive for some reason, thats why when Sony and other publishers shifted their focus to a more western market, they started to censor their games (RIP Senran Kagura) so they would not offend americans who love telling us "brown people" what is okay and not okay, for surely they are the bastions of virtue.
I feel you, bro, but its useless. Many people just dont get the difference. They are just to simple-minded to get that a relatable and immersive experience needs to be consistent and that could mean showing intimate scenes for the benefit of the storytelling.
Movies do the same all the time. Nobody (or at least not the majority) calls a Hollywood movie "porn" just because there are scenes that shows passionate sex scene between the main protagonist or whatever. Even very famous actors and actresses have sex scenes in mainstream movies. So come on, guys. Dont act like its never happens anywhere in movies...
Fact is: Porn is made to be used as fap material, yes. Porn games are made to be used as fap material as well, no doubt about this.
But just because a "normal" game contains sex, nudity or erotic scenes, the game is not automatically porn and/or people dont buy ist automatically just for that content alone. Especially when there are just 2-3 scenes are in the game, like in Witcher, MassEffect and such. But it seems many people are just unable to understand the simple difference between sex scenes in porn (games) or an intimate scene that can support the storytelling and/or is needed for relatable characters and a immersive experience.
Of course developers are not forced to add this content into their games. Games are art and game devs are artists. If they dont want to add this content, its up to them. But its my right to critize that as well. Especially when its a game about a healthy relationship.
I think the confusion is that the little bits that are in the game made a 18+ rating the safe option for the game legally, but when someone sees an 18+ rating they might assume it's a full porn game (it doesn't help how silly steam's game recommendation algorithm works).
I'm honestly convinced that it could easily be a lower rating based on what's actually explicitly shown, though it's true that you probably need to be an adult to fully appreciate the emotional aspects of the game, so the main problem is probably people coming in with hard core 18+ expectations when in reality it's a romance game that happens to be 18+ rated for legal reasons.
And playing and liking games like Haven (and IWaTE) puts so much junk in my recommended games feed that I stopped even looking at it... 🙄
