[Beta 2] Question/Suggestion - transport of auto-trade goods?
At present, auto-trade goods are just "magically" whisked away. That's understandable ... with shuttles already circling the landing pads like buzzards and always being on the edge of "logistics overwhelmed" if we actually had to move the all goods to the pads it could just choke a fledgling station to death.

That said, are there current plans to further develop this? (Or suggestion: could there be?)

Maybe instead of setting "minimums" for each service resource, the player puts the goods they want to make "available" in storage (regular storage or asteroid storage) ... marks that storage as a "visitor" area ... and the auto-trade is executed solely by the visitors. They land the shuttle, their crew has "permission" to access the storage and they move the goods to their shuttle. (Therefore "minimums" are managed via storage rules ... what you put in the "visitor" storage is fair game for auto-trades. Also, this wouldn't really be extra "work" for the station crew ... it's one logistics task to move one item ... it's just a matter of which storage they move it to.)

Just another random idea. Feels like a bit of a disconnect when a ship can magically take what they want, but if I initiate a trade with that same ship to sell them something, I have to move the goods and watch the transaction play out.
