Space Station Fire
Normally when playing on a ship I would simply close some vents and open an airlock to vent smoke and heat but when playing as a station opening the hull doors doesn't do anything at all making fires extremely problematic, even small ones can smoke out a space and heat it up causing big problems

I make a bunch of smaller rooms for things that are likely to smoke. With the new auto-vents the fires usually die out before becoming a big issue unless there is an O2 gen in the room.

I hadn't realized the airlock vents didn't work properly in station mode. If you feel its really out of hand though, destroying a wall will vent at least the surrounding room, although you have to put the vents to "open" if you want to clean neighboring rooms.
I already asked, and Askel replied something like "probably just isn't done yet". (paraphrasing here, I don't remember) but implying yes a station hull door is an airlock to the outside it'll have this ability added when time allows.

I always build in a way that allows me to seal sections off but atm have a large central section that if compromised messes up my crews ability to get around, I need to re-design a little
