Work Enforcement in station mode even more messy than in ship mode?

got a call,
enforced operation,
operator came back from outside the station with ore and carryied it to the processor (till now all good)
next he RUN TO THE SHUTTLE BAY AND ENTERS THE SHUTTLE?
ok, drafted the shuttle, kicked him out, undrafted both (btw there seems to be a bug that crew sometimes dont leaves just undrafted shuttles that sit at airlocks?) .
lets wait that he move to the operation console now. NOPE HE AGAIN ENTERS THE SHUTTLE.
again draft shuttle, again kick him out, and draft him right near the dam console, and hurray, now he operate it. remember: a RED ALERT ENFORCED JOB....

Thats nearly as crazy as the fact that a crewmemeber with high Build/repair (and highest repair prio) skill sit at the research station for several research cycles without a space suit while there is a hull breach right behind her seat. why repair by herself as long the player dont forces it? lets freeze to death instead researching and let all the air go out of the section...
