Beta 2 sometimes to many blockers spawn (Station Start)

As title states sometimes when generating a new asteroid to many blockers (hills?) spawn leaving not enough space to build even the starter hab.

[Death Approaches]

it has code that makes sure there's enough space to place the starter kit, but the rest is on you to "drill" away those hills; you need a miner pod and an ore processor, then just tag the raised region tiles and click "drill" and someone hops in the miner and start drilling them away so you can expand.
