Station mode - Prepare to jump

In normal mode, hitting 'prepare to jump' recalls all crew to the ship and prevent departure of any shuttles/pds.

Is there currently a way to do this in station mode?

I don't need the crew to be drafted and at battle stations, but also don't need them flying around when rogue bots are in the system. It would be good if they could stay in the station and perform normal tasks until it's safe.
