[Beta 2 unstable] Cant build anything

On a new scenario - START ON SPACE - I cant build any hangar or platform to start settle on asteriods - they all needs to have a "building instruments/tools" - and this items could be only crafted and not transferring on cargo containers. What to do for successfully building on a new asteroid?
This problem seems to be only on this scenario. Start on asteriod already works well.

3 containers are actually ready to place rooms (storage, bedroom, solar)
Click them, select a spot and place them.

[HangarPilot]

The "Base Starter" container has (among other things) a battery, tool workbench, and some resources. Click on that container, select "Deploy" and you're given a little ghost building to place on the asteroid. There's enough there to get you started.

You also have a "Barracks" container and "Solar Power" array container to deploy as well as @Brucejuh pointed out.

The fourth container is just additional resources. You can either transfer them by shuttle or build the asteroid cargo port and dock it there.

By the way ... you may have to give it a minute. The cargo shuttles pop in all overlapped. You need to wait while they fly in and spread out a little so you can click on ONE of them at a time. Otherwise you just get the entire "stack" and can't get to the "deploy" button.
