Bugged final mission (spoilers)

I decided to attack the mother ship, so the faith fleet surrenders.

I managed to destroy the three waves, got the final "Congratulations" message, go to Eden to finish the job. But then, the mothership was still firing its weapons, and it never stopped! Its hull was at zero, so it was supposed to be destroyed, but it kept firing.

I tried to shoot back, just in case it was at 1 HP, but no. The ship is immortal, and it managed to destroy me. Game over.

Good/Bad ending? :<

Edit:
I tried again, but this time I fleed through hyperspace after the congratulation message.
This worked as a workaround.

Hi!

Ok, thanks for reporting. Yeah, just jump away if the ship is destroyed but the turrets keep firing. Not sure why it's doing that but we can take a look.
