Storage tutorial bugged.

When prompted to select the bio matter,. the resource window will continuously scroll down.
Controls are disabled, so you can't scroll back up to select the bio matter and you get soft locked.

Hi!

Do you have some gamepad or other controller hooked to the computer? It may be an extra controller giving some slight input which makes it scroll.

No I didn't have a controller plugged in.
I've experienced that with other games before, I know that work around.

I booted up the tutorial again and sped through to that point, and clicked it before it could scroll all the way.
So I got passed it, just had to re do it.

But I did notice that it only started as soon as the dialog for pressing the bio matter icon appeared.
There's a previous prompt with another resource that you're in the same situation, but the resource tab there didn't scroll.

I tried to replicate it:

It looks like on the step right before you transition to picking bio matter, you're on the vegetables.

The tutorial auto scrolls for you to have bio matter in view.
Somehow the tutorial taking control of the scroll action in the resource window can become stuck.
Some times it's continuous, sometimes it's fast, some times it's slow.

I don't know how it's operating in the code, but because there were varying speeds, that might point to some weird velocity input miscommunication. Whether it be from console prompt's input or player input.
