Save Breaking Fire Bug

I've played this game for several days now since I bought it and today I got a bug that broke all my saves. In one game I got attacked by rouge bots and my ship had a fire. I ended up being overwhelmed by bots and had to load my game. Every game i load no mater how far back I have a fire in the same grid square that totally fills my ship with smoke, spreads, and jacks me up bad. It is a big because the fire loads in ALL my saves AND my hyperfuel I used is gone even though I'm loading saves pre jump. The saves are bugged even restarting the game the fire always is in the same spot on all saves. I'd count this a major bug since it breaks all saved game.

Does the fire start when loading or is it a larger area instantly? You can press F11 or ESC when playing to send in a bug report.
