UI Issue

I have re-installed to play the stable release, but I'm not sure that matters.

My screen and game resolution is 4096x2160 120 hz

On FULL SCREEN the game is fine (but my TV screen goes fuzzy like you need glasses not on you, just unplayable)

On BORDERLESS my Build Menu is 1/2 cut off (same with the top UI elements), and the buttons (wall/roof/viewmodes) are completely cut off.

I have adjusted my UI Scaling from 0.8 -> 2.0, but no changes.

I attempted to take a screenshot, however the screenshot shows the full UI.

My current "fix" is to play maximized in windowed mode which works, but is not ideal.
