How is Steam Deck Performance??

Thinking about getting this game, but not sure how it plays on the deck. Anyone who has played it were you getting a constant 60fps?

I tried it on the deck yesterday, first time playing.
And to keep it short, I will NOT be playing it at least not on the deck.
Maybe I did something wrong, just started it up on the deck and went in without changing any settings.

Could not rename the game since I couldn't see what I was typing.
The moving around focus with the d-pad was not very intuitive, but cute with the line that showed where focus ended up.
I did get some click through when having the object menu(?) up it clicked both the menu item and the item under it.

The controller scheme do need a lot of polishing, since the game it self seem gridbased it should be possible to do all/most of the navigating with the d-pad.

Sorry for the negative comment but I don't think it deserves the full controller and deck verified tags in it's current state.

I won't refund it but rather check back at a later date.

For me it runs perfect on the Deck. I do not experience any problems.

UI scaling seems useless as it cuts screens off the display area, like what’s the point of having a UI scale if you cant see the whole window?

My experience w/ the deck has been chefs kiss!
Runs as smooth as butter, not just w/ this game, but multiple others, starting to think this is better than Rimworld..
