how do we get the treasure hunter upgrade acheivement?

Is this achievement unavailable now? I don't see Treasure Hunter upgrade on Captain Cassie (only Bloon Pillage)

I got it the other day, thanks to a martian games event. It still works. She has to be next to Sun Avatar upgraded Super Monkey though or you won't see the upgrade.

Thank you very much! Finally got this elusive achievement. It's really tricky that you have to have a Sun Avatar Super Monkey next to Cassie to see this upgrade (and you need Cassie to be level 5 with Bloon Pillage upgrade).
