Hi!

Is the Newsletter subscription monster (the spider-woman one) already available? I read in previous posts that you are going to send a private code to people who subscribed to unlock it, but I haven't receive a code yet.

Have you checked your Spam folder? My newsletter confirmation mail ended up there. But even after you do that...it looks like we'll need to wait a while.

Mails containing the code are sent every 24h. We'll check on monday why some players are not receiving the mail.

I received the monster code when the last patch arrived. And I was able to test her in one of my runs. It is uploaded in my Youtube channel btw, in spanish :)

I signed up since the announcement you made several times (even with different browsers), but did not get any response email. Yes, i checked my spam. There is nothing. No confirmation email, no code for the monster email, no newsletter email.

I just dug deeper into this issue and apparently yahoo mail sorted your email out before it even sent it to me. So it was in my spam, but not the spam which i get.

I did get the confirmation email.
Clicking the link to confirm my email is timing out tough:
"503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"

After many failed tries i requested a new confirmation mail.
This time it did finally not time out. It says i am subscribed now:
"Thank you for subscribing! You have subscribed successfully."

Lets hope i get the code for that monster as well now....

A Newsletter just came in my actual spam folder.
No code fo the creature in that. Says it will be another email.



This whole ordeal is very annoying. I don't appreciate you locking the games content behind additional hoops to jump through. Especially if those hoops are not working.

I did get my email with the code for the monster yesterday finally.

I got the code and unlocked the monster. However it didn't appear in my garrison. Do I have to start a new dungeon or (god forbid) a new game? - or will it appear eventually?

It can now appear in any run, even currently in progress, where demons can drop during the run (as a reward or at the merchant).

I got my confirmation that I joined their Newsletter... I sure hope I'm gonna get something...
