How to 'give' objects to angry dwarves
Many of my dwarves are angry at the unmet need to "Acquire something" yet I can't find an option to give them items? What am I meant to do to fill this need? I've tried making 100 bracelets and rings to be transported to a stockpile in hopes they would simply go over and take what they wanted but it didn't work either. Some help would really be appreciated.

Producing and hauling a variety of clothes should help.

I've tried that too, a bunch of dwarves are still angry about not getting "something" its so vague as to what they even want.

Be sure the dwarf effected is set to haul and eventually they will steal the item in question. Until then build a mist tavern with gold, platinum, aluminum statues and gem windows and let them drown their sorrows. If all else fails you can lock them in a room and let them expire.
Have a couple binless finished goods stockpiles set to only hold amulets and bracelets and other small, wearable crafts and then periodically set them to feed each other back and forth. It should generate a lot of hauling jobs and give them plenty of opportunities to steal your things for emotional support.

I'm not sure if it needs to be binless, but bins behave so weirdly that it probably doesn't hurt.

Some plain regular jewelry or nick knack isn't good enough, especially ig its not a masterwork. GIve them some REAL bling, encrust it with bone, cut gems or even wood. And making it out of meh materials is ok, sometimes but making it out of silver, gold or platinum is much more attractive.

I ahve no problems with my dwarfs acquiring stuff... in fact they steal more of it and end up getting arrested for a few months vacation my my platinum chain prisons.

I think buying items from caravans is the way to go, finished goods produced in your fort are rarely taken by dwarves *clothes are an exception, rings, bracelets, crowns, that crap is what they want*

You can put your angry dwarves on hauling detail and set it so only dwarves with a hauling duty do hauling. Then set it so dwarves ignore minerals and whatever else random stuff that would take ages to finish hauling so they only focus on your finished goods.

What about cabinets? Can you set things in there when they have their own zoned room?
