Difficulty-Settings (which one is which one?)

I have a Problem to understand the difficulty Setting of the Game.

It gives me these 3 choises:
- I play Video Games occasionally
- I Play Video Games very often
- I play Video Games quite Regularly

And i have no clue which one of those is supposed to be the hard mode.
The terms they use in these answers are so subjective and can basicly mean anything depending on what someone would see as "very often" or as "quite Regularly" or as "occasionally".

So if someone knows which one of those is which (easy, normal, hard Mode) then please let me know.

The implication that people who play a lot of games would want to dance through more severe levels of QTE-hell is entirely unfounded. I don't think people who play a lot of games like QTEs in the first place.
