Anyway I agree, don't like contested territory either. Played it once or twice for the achievements then never again.
i have discovered that also just use a cash drop even if its just 1 cash drop it makes them so much more bearable.
i do kinda wish they had 3 modes though like normal elite, then master where normal and elite is just normal boss slight modifiers 25% max, and master is like the current modifiers 50%+
The difficulty in this game is all over the place from what you'd expect to be an easy and chill game and its not a compliment, people don't really wanna be blindsided by randomly difficult content and even the quests suffer from this. I don't know if it is like this to push MTX or what but its just not good design.
How is it random difficulty? It's literally labeled a boss mode, of course it's going to be harder and it's purely optional.
