IF you have made a Ninja Kiwi account
Just install Steam on the new PC, and do nothing with the Ninja Kiwi account. The BTD6 progress from your old PC should copy to the new PC via Steam's cloud.
If you're coming from a mobile game that's different.
But if it's strictly Steam-PC to Steam-PC, you probably shouldn't mess with the NK account. Just leave it alone and attached to your Steam account.
If you made a new Steam Account on the new PC, that's not a reason to mess with the NK account either.
Just use the "Family Sharing" feature of Steam to share you old Steam Account with your new Steam Account on the new PC. Pretty sure there is no Steam rule about having multiple accounts as long as you don't have them "in order to circumvent a ban."
