What does this icon mean?

On one of the tracks (In the Loop) there is an icon with 3 monkey portraits/cards (boomerang, druid and the ice one) with a dart with two stars beside it under it. I can't seem to match it up to a running event, and there is no extra clues when going to the easy/medium or hard mode starts, so wondering what this signifies?

If you use only these towers to beat the map you get some monkey money and an achievements for doing it 100 times.

That is monkey teams. It is an event that switches with golden balloons which both of those shuffle every 3 days or so.
