What is the fourth "medal slot" for on the maps?

I'm completing easy/advanced/expert on the maps which give me medals, but I see there's a fourth slot. What is this for?

Impoppable is basically the same as hard mode except you only have 1 life meaning so much as a red balloon gets past your defence, you lose. CHIMPS is same as hard mode but No Continues, no Hearts Lost, no Income, no Monkey Knowledge, no Powers, and no Selling

Impoppable and CHIMPS end at wave 100, rather than Hard's 80. Prices are also higher in Impoppable and CHIMPS than they are in Hard.

Almost correct, except CHIMPS uses regular HARD prices. Any price difference you can encounter in CHIMPS vs HARD is caused by the lack of MK.

You can get the medals for finishing a game in impoppable and C.H.I.M.P.S.

The fourth medal slot is reserved for Impoppable and CHIMPS, two very difficult modes that are found after beating a map in Hard mode and Alternate Bloons Rounds.

Impoppable makes towers even MORE expensive than hard, and you are only allowed to have 1 life at all times. Anything that grants lives normally simply does not here, including the Mana Shield monkey knowledge. In addition, you start at round 6 instead of 3, and you need to beat round 100 to win overall, which means you'll meet two new bloon types. First is the nefarious DDT that is a strong MOAB class bloon that moves as fast as a pink bloon, is made of lead, has the explosive resistance of black bloons, and inherits the camo property. Then, on Round 100 is the strongest bloon of all, the BAD, which takes tons of damage to destroy, cannot be slowed down by anything, and releases 2 ZOMGs and 3 DDTs when popped.

CHIMPS is unlocked after beating Impoppable. It's the same thing as Impoppable (except towers are now as cheap as Hard), but with a few more restrictions.
C - No Continues (You must restart from the beginning if you lose)
H - No Hearts Lost (Inherited from Impoppable)
I - No income (All money-making towers/upgrades don't grant you any extra cash)
M - No Monkey Knowledge (Self-explanatory)
P - No Powers (This includes no insta-monkeys)
S - No Selling (Once you place a tower, it's there for the whole game unless you remove it through other means, such as an Adora blood sacrifice.)
