Keep in mind that a cash drop during the first round is worth WAAAAAY more than later on, since the money you get from it will effectively provide compound interest.
BTW, (starting with my BTD5 days) I like to refer to "Double Cash" as "Quintuple Cash" because the extra money you get typically leads to enough compound interest that you end up with AT LEAST FIVE TIMES the normal amount of cash.
On elite you'll do best learning a good balance with Benjamin, but you do want to put absolutely everything you can into banks before you have to kill/survive it's first appearance.
That said, the times I like Etinenne (however you spell him) the most is when space is tight and I don't want to drop Camo-detecting Radar Villages in spots next to things I would normally want to give camo detection to. (Especially the 205 and 402 Snipers, 402 and 203 and better Helicopters and Planes and the 320 and 230 or higher Supermonkys.)
