Magic knowledge, super monkey path.

I know that it's the Dark Sun God.

I just don't quite understand how to summon him.

I have tried in both sandbox and on a regular map where i had 20+ banks.

I checked a wiki and apparently i'm still doing it wrong.

I summon a super monkey, upgrade him to 302. Then i place a bomb tower 502 and a boomerang 502, a wizard 052 and a ninja 025, then a village 250 and a spike factory 502. Then i turn the super into 402.

Then i add the same above again but also adding a sniper 502 and a heli 502.

I have tried both, adding a 250 super and 205 super inside his sacrifice range, AND placing them OUTSIDE his sacrifce range, neither time did he turn to a dark sun god, just a regular sun god.

What's the deal. I'm sacrificing 50k of each tower type. Primary + Magic + Support then 402, then all four Primary + Military + Magic + Support with and without the other top tier super variants in and outside of its range and nothing changes.

What am i missing?

Might have something to do with the support buff from the tower. If i recall correctly, it reduces prices for all towers in it's radius, which affects their value. Try testing it via the challenge editor.

i don't think it works in sand box, at least it doesn't for me. have not been able to pull it off in normal games.

As far as i know you have to use a sungod, a robo and a dark knight to summon the dark super god of doom and destruction

Yeah, by placing them in or out of the sun gods sacrifice range though? i tried both in sandbox and nothing happened

50k of each type plus sun avatar(s), cannot be spawned in sandbox, monkey knowledge required. That's about what I know.

Take it from me, trying to get this perfect can be a pain in the ass. I'll try to give you a detailed explanation that actually works, since I figured it out a few weeks ago from an absolute legend on the BTD6 Subreddit.

1. Get the Monkey Knowledge, don't do it in sandbox. I'm sure you're already doing both of these but I thought I'd clarify just in case.

2. When upgrading from 300 to 400, ensure you have 50K from three different categories of your choice (Primary, Magic, Support are usually the best choices).

3. When upgrading from 400 to 500, ensure you have both your other Tier 5 supers outside of the Temple's range, and 50K in sacrifices for all 4 classes in range of the Temple. Then upgrade to 500, you can do this either mid-round or in between rounds.

I'm going to assume you're having the same issue I did, unless you did one of those incorrectly, in which case try it again and see if it works.

When you upgrade from 300 to 400, sacrificing Support decreases the cost of upgrades within the Temple's radius. So you may think that when you upgrade from 400 to 500 you're doing 50K of each, but because of the decrease in prices on the towers due to the Temple, you're actually sacrificing less. This means the temple will not turn into a Vengeful, because 50K of each upgrade is required. So try it again, take the price buff of the Temple into account, and if you did everything right, it should work.

Quick recap on the do's and dont's - Ensure you have 50K of 3 different categories when upgrading from 300 to 400, 50K of all 4 categories when upgrading from 400 to 500 (Taking the price buff into account), ensure you have 050 and 005 Super Monkeys outside of the temple's range before you do the upgrade, make sure you have the Knowledge and you aren't doing it in Sandbox. Hope this helps

I should have answered when i did it. I did it. I did it in create a challenge mode.

I'm also fairly confident that i could get it up around wave 98 on apocalypse mode if i had enough income. But by then there's almost no point.

That tower is just not worth it. The overall value of all towers needed to make one far exceeds both it's power and time to generate that much cash.

You can easily get more popping power with just under 70k

Once i hit wave 100 on any map, i quit, there's no point going any further, unless wave 200 rewards a second instant monkey? But even then that's alot of time wasted.
