That won't work because Jill is 23 in RE1 and RE3. The face on that Fallout model appears to be of a woman in her late 30s early 40s, just like Nu-Jill looks in some of the in-game screenshots and promotional renders. Well, I guess that Fallout model could definitely pass as Nu-Jill.
