I've posted this before on these diaries, but its still valid. If you fork the community, you drive folks to third party sites. Can you gurantee that CS2 not selling on epic forever???
Probably they will come with great sale event or maybe steam will 70% discount this game before epic's turn.
When CS1 with epic's sale, they can't easy to access to mods, because steam workshop mods is only work at Steam platform.
But If paradox and CO will not use steam workshop anymore, a lot of people will access to paradox mods and you don't need to buy CS2 at steam anymore.
That is my consern.

This would be fine.... if the paradox launcher and mod manager did not have all the issues it has. the amount of times I have had to delete launcher-v2.sqlite to reset the launcher for mod-related issues is insane (not detecting a mod when it is in the folder, not detecting that it was in fact updated, stuff like that). In fact, mods worked perfect BEFORE the paradox launcher existed. please stop breaking things..

i need industries with larger radius

Somehow, I don't see that Economy is broken in the game... Could someone explain why Economy is broken? I see my trains and ships importing stuff, as well, selling stuff, and since I put industries near the regions were specialized industry goes, my industry is now working as expected; and since I put the very high density buildings for residentials, the Commerce is Boooming!!!!! What I don't see correlation at all is in between what happens in my city and what the radio says.

Every studio that uses their own "steam workshop" always fails. Just allow us to use steam workshop to download mods. RON tried to do it differently and it failed. No need to make it a hindrance to the casual base.
