No left turn arrow at street lights?
Am I just not seeing it, or is there no left turn arrows at street lights. This is causing many of my congestion issues as the cars turning left have a difficult time due to on-coming traffic.

No there's no ("protected left turn" is the terminology you're looking for). I usually make some over engineered monstrosity to not need left turns at the light, but you can also get a mod on thunderstone to have more options for lights. Hope that helps!

Yah, I just noticed this when fighting with traffic. No right on red, no left turn arrow. You can use a roundabout, but it looks super unsafe to have a tram run thru it.

For busy intersections, I ended up converting it to jug handles with straight only and bypass one lane highways to allow for right on red. You have to convert the highway to a one way alley or road to have it yield instead of primary traffic. It's a bit weird lol. Unfortunately alleys allow parking, which makes it weird on a bypass or JH, and you can't apply wide sidewalks to it.
There is a traffic mod that allows different light cycles.

The lane connector editor enables removal of left-turns and U-turns.
