Sure, we have smaller, mixed business shops that sell TVs, and a few computers, and some software, and CDs, and cameras and such, but for a dedicated electronics store, see above.
Town 1: All industries were built, AG about 2 each. I cut back because they were half-employed.
Town 2: couple of AG each, one coal, one metals. Again, employment rate began to drop, so stopped building industry.
Both towns grew office quickly, so office and electronics stores were my main incomes.
I didn't really go through industry closely, they seemed mostly based off my AG and mining.

plus a blanket 12% on all office space to try to increase my commerce, but I still mostly get new electronics boutiques.
It should work.
Everything else was 10%. I'll raise it more and more to see how it works.
My towns I began last night also were electronics-heavy. No idea why. I didn't even build actual industrial for a while; just farms. Its weird.
Is it because the cims are miserable and desire electronics for fun?
