Cemetery annoyances
Its very difficult to have a small town in this game.
I was working with a lovely island map and wanted to create and maintain a nice small town of only a few thousand people.
The cemetery bankrupts the town.
We need a smaller cemetery for smaller towns. We have smaller everything else.
Lowering the budget kills your clinics, but they're the largest part of the budget. A plot of land for dead people.

SMALLER CEMETERIES, PLZ! :-D

Well there is the Magic Hearse, which obviates the need for a cemetary or crematorium...

Sorry - typo - it's MagicAL Hearse.
Does any town or city government have to bury everyone or something? In the US funerals are the family's job. The city or country coroner will pick up the corpse and all, and they often have a city run morgue, but a cemetery plot or getting cremated is on the family. Unless the deceased is indigent and/or destitute/homeless.
My question is, why does the city have to bury or burn everyone? Pick up the body, sure, but not bury or burn.
The only city/county/state/federal graveyards are military - you know, for old soldiers and sailors.
Is the government in charge of buying or burning every citizen in any countries?

You have made a very valid point, there. However, this is a game, and the ways of raising taxes on the Government have to make it harder, not easier. Hence, in "our" state, the government picks up the tab for funerals, education, fire, police and hospitals, amongst others. Indeed, anywhere that, in normal conditions, would probably be a benefit to the city/state/country, CS2 will raise a tax against the city. Great innit!

In my current city, the cemeteries are small and church-owned. My last couple of cities, out west there were large municipal cemetaries. LARGE. City owned and maintained. While the plot purchase and everything else, I dont know, but the land and maint. was city. But the cost of the game one is crazy expensive, especially since you need it right away.
I let my city sit without one for a while and the bodies just piled up.
