Why you cant select SPECIFIC service trades?
It just sucks that you are forced to receive ALL service trades, even if you need just garbage or police-services from the outside. My budget is melting down because i MUST pay for services i dont need.

Please fix that and give me more options.

You don't pay for services you don't need. As you add services locally, you stop paying for them coming from outside your city.

Basically, you only pay for the services you still aren't providing.

These are services that you can't do without, and if you can't provide them yourself, you have no option other than to import them. You need police, you need garbage, you need hearses and ambulances - your Cims can't "live" without them. So, start small, but provide the services as they become available, because if you don't, you'll end up with it costing more than it would have if you provided them yourself.
Dont think that you understand me.

If i got functional police, health-death-supply-service by myself, and ONLY need garbage-services from the outside (for example), but nonetheless i must take ALL services at once, doesnt matter if they are existing in my city anywas. i have to pay additionally money for all of that simultaneosly, even if i dont need it.

there is only a "take all or nothing" function... you know what i mean?

No, you don't.

You start out paying for it all, but as you add services to your city, it stops importing those services and you stop paying service fees.
No it doesnt. No offense, but thats the way it is.
