People walking on the highways...
Well, as it says in the title of the thread, after a long time and I played a new game again, after playing for about two hours, I realized that traffic jams were forming on a branch that leaves the highway, which Until we reached the city there was no problem, the traffic jam came at the junction with another lane that joins from the other direction, and I find that many people are crossing even having removed the pedestrian crossings... and I realize that many people He is walking along the edge of the highway on his way to the end of the map... in his citizen information boxes it says as a destination, double train tracks, maritime route... how ABSURD IS THIS??

Homeless, Retired? sick? Likely all three.
Double train tracks is the first clue to homeless "Riding the Rods", Google the phrase.

I am using the Road Builder MOD to make roads and highways without curbs so there is no place for peds to walk.

Sounds like your city is suffering from the homeless bug. Devs are aware, no eta on patch. Until we have a patch you can installed the mod "bye bye homeless" that fixes the issue.
