Then build whatever you want, how you want it

Dude the roads you build carry the water around your city. if we get rid of the pipes then there will be no roads.

Apart from highways, unless a mod adds that?

Either way, not sure why you would want to not have power/water by modding it out. It isnt an inconvenience really.

not like it was in cs1, i turned off pipes in cs1 because it was tedious building pipes under all the roads. But in Cs2 you only have to draw them between areas that aren't connected by roads. highways also dont carry water. So if you have areas only connected by highway, you will need to draw pipes. But only a handful of pipes need to be built in CS2 unlike CS1.

Also would like a patch that removes the need for money, food, resources and population. Are there any out there?
