Is this a known issue? I haven't seen anybody talk about their entire PC crashing, only the game.
I ask because Intel has a real problem with a number of 13th and 14th Gen desktop I7 and I9 CPUs, plus one I5 CPU. If you are using one of the troublesome ones, you likely need a new CPU. A quick Google search of "intel issues I7 I9" should find you tons of literature on the problem - and the solution
Intel i13 or i14 ? => Update your Bios.
AMD 5600x or 5900x in combination with a MSI motherboard ? => increase voltage by 0.01 Volt
CPU or GPU temperature too high ? check your fans and the general airflow. Sometimes it already helps to open the computer case and put a big fan next to the computer and blow air into it... An AC would work even better but you for sure would not like to pay the electricity bill afterwards.
PSU too weak for your computer and not made for running at peak output for a longer time? Check the PSU power data and compare it with your GPU/CPU power usage data. Get a better PSU if it seems you need more power.
It appears to be a PC issue, rather than CS2 issue. The PC crashed on 3DMark as well. Tested Cinebench with multi/single and that didn't crash. So I'm thinking either PSU under combined load or just the GPU. I'll go over the cabling and see if anything is loose on the power cables.,
