Does this game have console commands?

Just like other games console give us some cheats with money and everything. Does this game have that option?

Going by the previews we've seen from YouTube, you can tick boxes at startup to have unlimited money and everything unlocked. However, achievements are disabled for those modes

the previous game didn't have console as far as I'm aware but it had the option to turn on unlimited money and unlock every building from the start, plus unlock every achievement building, and the achievement buildings were themselves quite the cheat mode.

Iirc, closest thing CSL1 has is Modtools, which is debugging tool available in the Workshop.
Pretty nifty thing, but not sure if Paradox would allow it on their site.

According to today's release from Paradox, Consoles will not be able to have mods that change any code - only assets. So, if sandbox is to be enabled, it will need to be part of the game itself. On the good side, if this feature is available for PC, it will also be available for Console. Maybe the videos starting Thursday will show it.
