Didn't sim city do something like this once, like with neighboring towns you could open up trade with?

I'm hoping they'll put whether it's single or multiplayer on the store page, would make life EASY. :steammocking:

This has been talked about many times already, and the answer will always be no there will be no multiplayer, as Colossal Order themselves have said that there won't.
Multiplayer in theory could work, if they reduce the visible map to 10% of its current size.
Otherwise lag fest.

Maybe Cities 5 in 2040 will have multiplayer, who knows?

Sure you can build a city with your friends, no problem.

Yes, you could both (or all) hold the mouse and keyboard together and mush your faces together to see the screen, You might have to share chairs tho so get comfi!

I know I put that suggestion to make fun, but not gonna lie that was awesome while playing Heroes of Might and Magic 2 back in the 90s!

you're thinking simcity 4 but that's not multiplayer that's full sp like what CS 2 is doing, op means full-blown MP like what SC 2013 did (the game that killed the franchise) full-blown MP is a death sentence for a game like this

SimCity had it from 2000, you didn't create those though, but they were neighbours you could trade with.

Yeah I mean they kind of did but I feel if there was a multiplayer I would want to actually sit there in the same city as my friend as we both design the city TOGETHER. I just feel like it would give us a whole new way to look at how we design because we can have multiple people changing what we do or giving us feedback on the parts that we design and also changing them themselves if they want.
