But when you plop down a new low dense region it looks kinda boring on those graay squares. Some building materials/tools/scaafolding would be nice. If its for performance simple checkboxes in settings would fix it for everyone.
Ah yes the spelling police arived. Its only my third language. If you can't tell, english is not my native language so spelling errors can occur. Never i have studied english in school or otherwise. Also typing error can happen. Anyway considering i never learned english i don't think its to bad.
But since you are so perfect in the english language, i think you can read my post just fine.
How many languages do you speak buddy?
why? does it matter?
French, Deutsch, Dutch
Some, but to some extend.
Yep. That's why so many muricans say, they are so easy to learn. Kappa
I hope they will add a good looking construction animations in the future.Right now it looks really average.Like Tornado haha
If i recall, the trailer had this cool impression of skyscrapers being built with nothing but their skeleton shell, and scaffolding surrounding them.
And yes its a trailer, its not representative too the actual game, however It would have blown my mind, if something like that was implemented within the game. If there was some kind of modular construction, over a period of time, and the crane is just a simple animated part of the construction, moving materials around.
Wouldnt be difficult to do, and isnt resource heavy either. Its just transitioning from 1 static asset, with a simple animation, too the next, with maybe 3 to 4 construction phases. To make it generic for many different buildings, you use scaffolding of different shapes and sizes, that hug the building shape.
Cranes alone in an empty lot, seems abit, weird too me. at the very least have a foundation of a building, with building materials scattered on the ground within the lot.
Also cranes make little to no sense, for low and medium density lots.
the game would look a thousand times better, and look alive more so than it already does.
Having a basic level of construction, as i mentioned above, would open up a crazy modding niche, of itself, where each and every building you want within the game, comes with its own construction process. awesome for modellers.
