Colossal Order CEO: "We are not sorry to have released the game"
This CEO is indeed pretty arrogant. You really gonna rub that to our face despite all the performance issues, bugs and broken game mechanism.

I really don't get why she has to say things like that. You can think whatever you want, but get some common sense on what to say when most of your customers are displeased by your product...

problem is, how do you judge that?
I mean, a vast majority of the "Unhappy" have tens or hundreds of hours on CS2 and purchased the deluxe edition as a pre-order.

That's generally not the behaviour of someone who is able to consistently avoid future interactions with the companies products, patches, and updates.

It is time to admit we felt for the PR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and move on. I cannot even play the game as it crushes 5s after I load it.

I tried the refund, as I am entitlend to ask for working product at least 2 years after I purchase it (EU laws}. Only thing I have got from Steam/Paradox/CO is huge middle finger.

I asked for sincere apology that CO lied to us, middle finger again.

I asked when the game crashing bug would be fixed. I have got silence, which is again huge middle finger.

At this moment I would tell you, that they will not see a penny from me, but I am afraid that after 12-18 months, once a couple of DLC's would be on 80% sales, I would forget how many middle fingers I have got from them, purchase the DLC and be back again on track, like heroin addict.

I hope that some other game will peak my interested so I forget on CS2,CO and Paradox, because frankly they do not deserve our money.

I wonder if some consumer protection NGO (e.g., 60 Millions de consommateurs in France) would be interested in doing something here. This is really one of the most egregious behaviours I have seen in years.

I thought about it. EU and each state in it hase institutions which may help in this matter, but I come the conslusion that it has neglegable effect.
More inpactfull would be information campaigne so everyone is aware about their practises and later boycoat once the ask as for the money again (new DLC), but I am not sure if it would be succesfull, because I perceive gamers, myself included, that we nag, but at the end we start throwing money at them no matter what.

You would really go into their back hole if they showed it to you

They don't apply it in software industry because the big companies are unable to produce reliable software. The highest quality software often (read almost always) comes from open source. Capitalist countries don't ever punish the big guys, so it will continue to be unregulated and we will continue to have bad software.
