"not going to load" is extremely vague and lacking literally every piece of information to figure out what the problem might be.

Let me guess:
You were so excited by what you have watched that you completely forgot to check if your computer even meets the minimum system requirements.

In this case I would also recommend to get a refund as fast as possible.
