Residents Complaining About Noise When There Isn't Any?
A notification came in saying that the resident was appalled at the noise, "i can't hear myself think" etc.

But his house is located in a residential area where there are no noise pollution. When he complained about it, he was working in the industrial area.

Is he complaining about the noise in the industrial zone?? I'm really confused.

I should also point out that my Average Noise Pollution levels are at 0%!

Yeah. See this a lot. The only reason I can think of is that where they work, or where they're visiting at the time, is noisier than where they live. Also, Chirper isn't very reliable lol.
Just turn off the damn chirper and the problem is solved :)

In the end it's the chirper..
It's similar to twitter where lots of random people complain about all kinds of things, just to have something to complain about...
It's just another annoyance we cannot avoid. Like Car accidents in the trees a half mile off the highway and constant death cycles and constant rain! ALL the while with CO stubbornly ignoring real player requests to allow us to turn off ZOTS ALA CS2.

Here's my take
I have chirper disabled.
I have no traffic accident MOD.
I have a weather MOD
And I have the No Dogs MOD

Meaning I don't have any issues like you are getting .....result

And you also have a very small city?

Yes have had to keep all my cities under 300k or it becomes unplayable (i7 ...32gb....3070....win10) but this update has made a difference and seeing your spec MK I think I will add a few more ......like take it upto the 1m for starters and see how I get on. Oh and I am running at 1340 on a 32inch monitor
