What specifically is "not working" in this case? I've got UK, Eastern Europe and maybe another one and they're working fine for me.

Whenever i am using the region packs, the game pops up a bunch of prefab error messages that cannot be closed and then whenever booting up the game it will just freeze. As soon as I remove them, problem gone.

Its the Chinese one and USA ones I think might be casing the problems
I use them all and don't have a problem. If you are using mods, one of them could be the problem.

I was using them too, but now I can't use any, I have all my mods enabled and the game is fine,as soon as I enable any region mod, the game is stuck in a loop trying to load a prefab and I can't close the error message.
I've lost them altogether. I can't build them anymore.
I have all the Region Packs installed, no other mods... while the game has a pretty nasty main menu load time, it eventually loads (as long as i don't mess with it & make windows think its a hung app)... After that the game plays just fine without any errors.

I will note that when I first activated the packs the game threw a fit on me until I restarted it. Apparently the Mod Manager doesn't seem to handle activating all the region packs at once without requiring a game restart once the playset is activated.

Either way, chances are high that something with your non-official mods is causing problems... If you don't have any non-official mods installed, than maybe your PC isn't up to the task of loading them all from HDD/SDD into Memory without stalling out.

And if you enable the region packs without any mods?

Disable the Country Flags mod (whatever its called) and the Asset Icon Packs mod, see if that fixes the issue. Also, in Find It settings, disable loading icons as that can help stop crash bugs.

Make sure this POS game has left enough room on your boot drive for your PC to actually function.

So far it's taking ~60gb of critical system file space (extra to the installation folder) so you can have a few buildings that look vaguely Chinese. The devs point blank refuse to understand the issue, let alone fix it.

My PC is a beast, it will handle it no problem, its possible there is a mod conflict between a mod and a region pack, however all my mods work fine, i currently have the CN region pack and the UK one enabled atm. I don't dare enabling the others.
