ITS ANARCHY

Not sure if the developers put in anarchy themselves, but the anarchy mod caused my crashes so far it seems. Been playing since 2 pm and no crash to desktop. Left it running when i went to the store for about an hour half and came back and it was still working with anarchy mod removed. Note this, I seemingly still have anarchy. I think the developers added it somehow into the base game. Cause its not in my mod playset and yet I can still cut it on and off just no fire chirper change.
