That sounds more like a Geforce Now problem, not Geforce Go.
Are you really talking about NVidia Geforce Go (those are more than 10 years old and seem not even to support Directx 11 which you need to have at least for this game) or did you actually mean GeForce Now ?
We need your exactl computer specs to clarify this.
