Update/Roadmap Theory (BIKES, ANIMATIONS, EDITOR, DLCS)
China Region Pack - February 10th

US North East Region Pack - February 24th

US South West Region Pack - March 3rd

3 unknown content creator packs and radio stations - Q1 2025 (if not delayed)

I am estimating the next dlcs will be delayed by quarter but if not, based on previous releases, patterns and the designated time frame they MIGHT release on march 25nd or within a few days. Latest possible release date is the 31st.

I am expecting April and may to be pretty dry but a push in marketing in june or possibly even mid-late may.

Bridges and Ports Expansion - Q2 2025 but educated guess of 30th June (if not delayed)

It is my understanding that every expansion comes with a major update. This will hopefully be the case for bridges and ports, coming out at the end of June.

They promised bikes and animations but hopefully much more. I don't know what the expansion will contain but it better be big because otherwise no one will buy it. (Sadly I already own it through the expansion pass scam) but even if it it, if the free update is minimal there will be riots and that will also cause trouble for the dlc. They have to be very careful in how they do this, especially due to their lack of communication and how they've been treating the community for the past year, with lying about a lot of things, mostly that they will improve communication.

I've seen a youtube video with less than 1k views of an seemingly imported asset, they claim to be a part of beta program for the asset editor and under nda, they claim to be invited because of all the CS1 assets they made. This along with comments from PDXPeanut on the paradox forums makes me believe the asset editor will finally be coming alongside the major update in June.

Don't get your hopes up, these are only guesses and educated predictions.

When exactly did they _promise_ bikes ?
Afair they took them only into consideration once the other problems get solved.

They have stated in social media posts several times that bikes were originally planned for launch but that they didn't have enough time, but after the launch they needed to focus on other things (like performance) but bikes were still high priority for them and now that a lot of other things are out of the way, soon would be the perfect time to add them

My guesses:
* No bikes this year

* No asset editor ever as the problems plaguing it are exactly the same than one year ago. This video showing a custom asset in the game (which anybody can do) is proof the editor still doesn't work. If it would, the public beta would be released.

As for Peanut, he's a wonderful modder but his enthusiastic comments about the future asset editor are the same than one year ago on the map makers discord. I'm sure this asset editor would be amazing if it worked but it still doesn't one year later.
